Meet Our Staff - Corner Stone Lodge

David Dickerson, MA, LPC, LMFT - Executive Director

David brings more than 25 years of church staff and counseling experience to his position as Executive Director of Cornerstone Lodge. From 1988 to 2000, he served as Executive Director of the largest Christian counseling center in the Fort Worth, Texas, area. As part of his own counseling practice, he has worked with many church leaders to help them become refocused and renewed toward a balanced approach in work and family living. David has a strong commitment that is personally and professionally meaningful in helping hurting people.

Linda L. Lynn, RN, MS, LPC - Counselor

As a “preacher's kid” Linda knows firsthand the effects that vocational Christian ministry has on both ministers and their families. This background, combined with her experience in helping professions, provides a wonderfully rich blend that uniquely qualifies her to work at Cornerstone Lodge. Through her work as a registered nurse, and in her transition into professional counseling, Linda has also served on church staffs in both voluntary and professional capacities. Her humble and quiet spirit is very effective as she listens and counsels.

Bruce W. Cemeron, MS, LPC-S, LSOTP, CAS - 3 Strand Project Counselor

Bruce is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider and a Certified Addiction Specialist. He applies computer forensic skills with clinical assessment when consulting churches, corporation, individuals and families. His expertise is in the detection, assessment and treatment of internet pornography addiction. His scope of practice also services individuals struggling with substance use disorders and other addictions.

Cameron and Modesto Baca (former U.S. Justice Department) provide a complete assessment of computer/cell phone abuse that is indicative of a disruptive behavioral pattern. The "Discovery" strand has assisted many pastors and others bring to light sexual struggles that are mediated by the internet.

Brad K. Fairchild, MA, LPC - 3 Strand Project Counselor

Brad has been working with and helping hurting people for the past 20 years. He has a heart for ministry and desires to bring hope and healing to those struggling with emotional pain. Brad is currently a counselor in private practice in Dallas. His past experience comes from being the Director of the Minirth Christian Program at various psychiatric hospitals in the DFW metroplex for eight years and the Director for LifeCare Counseling, a Christian counseling organization for ten years. Brad has been a frequent guest speaker on the radio program, "Life Perspectives," as well as a guest speaker at many church and mental health organizations. Brad graduated from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with a Master of Arts in counseling. Brad and his wife of 21 years, Annie, live in Carrollton, Texas, and have four beautiful daughters.

Norm Sunderlin, BSEE - Operations Manager

Norm brings much more to the Cornerstone Lodge staff than his day-to-day managerial skills. He has a terrific sensitivity to everyone he meets. He is one of those folks who, the minute you meet him, makes you feel like you're talking to a life-long friend! Active in his church, he brings a longstanding tradition of family values and a darn-good listening ear to his ministry. Norm's special blend of humor and humility make his contribution to your stay at Cornerstone Lodge a real blessing!
